The stars of the new movie Alien: Romulus stepped out for the L.A. world premiere and now the first reactions from critics are also in!
Archie Renaux and Isabela Merced posed for photos together at the red carpet event on Monday night (August 12) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
Also in attendance were co-stars Spike Fearn and Aileen Wu, as well as co-writer and director Fede Alvarez and producer Ridley Scott. Lead actors Cailee Spaeny and David Jonsson were not there.
Here’s the film’s synopsis: “While scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station, a group of young space colonizers come face to face with the most terrifying life form in the universe.”
FYI: Isabela is wearing a Giambattista Valli Couture dress.
Alien: Romulus will be released in theaters on August 16.

#AlienRomulus was a lot of fun. It’s gritty and gruesome in all the best ways. The thematic elements get lost in the shuffle by the third act, and some minor fanservice moments feel mildly tacky.
